Rianne is a warranted lawyer practising primarily in the areas of employment, corporate and regulatory, commercial contracts, and gaming law.
Prior to transitioning into legal practice, Rianne spent several years in senior human resources and business advisory roles across a range of industries, including retail, manufacturing, technology, and iGaming. Her experience includes business transformation, organisational development, employee relations, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and strategic people management. She has also worked in the areas of AML/CFT and compliance, supporting organisations in meeting regulatory and governance requirements.
Alongside her legal practice, Rianne serves as an academic tutor in business management, drawing on both her academic background and extensive industry experience to bridge theory with practical application.
Rianne holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), and a Master of Advocacy from the University of Malta. She was admitted to the Maltese Bar in 2025. Her multidisciplinary background provides a unique perspective, combining legal, business, and people management expertise.
