Christabel is a leadership professional who combines a deep background in financial strategy with a passion for innovation.
Her professional journey began within the financial services sector, where she spent seven years working with a local Maltese bank. During this time, she earned an Advanced Diploma and a BSc (Hons) in Financial Services from MCAST.
Driven by a desire to bridge the gap between analytical data and strategic problem-solving, she later obtained a Post-Graduate Degree in Creativity and Innovation with Edward De Bono Institute from the University of Malta. More recently, she further expanded her expertise by earning an Award in Family Business, reflecting her commitment to understanding the unique leadership dynamics of the Maltese business landscape.
Currently, Christabel serves as a Leadership Executive within a well-established food manufacturing company in Malta, where she applies her background experience to drive growth and team success.
Defined by her outgoing nature and excellent inter- and intrapersonal skills, Christabel brings the same energy to her personal life as she does to her career. She is a strong advocate for healthy living and finds great fulfilment in her regular voluntary work, a practice that remains a core part of her life. She is also a passionate advocate for the arts, with a lifelong love for singing and musical theatre. By sharing her story, she aims to show students that a successful career is built on continuous growth, giving back to the community, and staying true to one’s passions.
