Denise is a dedicated Talent Manager and Organisational Psychology Practitioner, currently serving as Executive Secretary for Union Matters with the Malta Chamber of Psychologists. She is passionate about developing people and organisations, with a focus on talent development and performance management.
She lectures in Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, and Human Resource Management, where she blends academic insight with practical workplace experience. Denise holds degrees from the University of Malta and the University of Leicester.
